Thick, hazy, juicy IPA packed with heavy-hitting tropical hops; Dolcita, Nectaron and Citra bring a tidal wave of mango, honeydew melon, passionfruit and clementine with subtle hints of creamy coconut.

Building on a Maris Otter malt foundation we layer whole cone and pellet hops in the boil then load up on Abstrax hop extract to inject punchy fruit cocktail flavour with intensity dialled up to 11. Pillowy sweet with a soft sherbet tingle, natural carbonation - as ever - keeps everything smooth and rounded. A lingering finish holds a touch of bitterness because after all’s said and done it’s an IPA, and balance is everything.
