The characteristic clove spice is also in the mix, mingling amongst a fruit cocktail that also includes tropical peach, apple and pear. Whole cone Tettnang hops offer subtle, soft floral notes and a restrained bitterness, with a helping of Munich alongside the wheat malt grist supplying a sturdy, bready, base for this well rounded beer.
