NZ Pilsner

Premium Pilsner malt builds a classic bready-malt foundation onto which we layer light-touch hop additions of Riwaka and Maui Nelson, weaving delicate strands of tropical fruit. Landing somewhere between the straight up Czech-style of Bohemian Pilsner and our beloved lemon-tinged Twisted Pilsner, the NZ version is soft and rounded with restrained bitterness and subtle notes of pineapple and white grape.
