A classic farmhouse-style Saison brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and a touch of spelt plus Saaz and Celeia hops, turbocharged courtesy of a generous dry hopping with Calypso.Â
Very fruity with a juicy bubblegum aroma that breaks down to a cocktail of grapefruit, lemon and pear with banana bread and hints of coconut, clove and white pepper spice. Slightly tart, light in body with a crisp, dry, floral finish and just enough bitterness to balance the sweet fruity character. The Calypso hops are a perfect match for the base beer; amplifying the best bits and creating a deceptively complex and irresistibly drinkable blend of old and new world styles.
