Tettnang Saison


Malts: Maris Otter, Wheat, Rye, Vienna

Hops: Admiral, Brewer’s Gold, Celeia, Tettnang

Saison fermented with wild yeast harvested in rural Scotland and left to mature for over a year before being generously dry hopped with Tettnang and finished with Champagne yeast.

Pours a pale straw colour with a thick white head. After an initial hit of funky fruit on the nose, a cornucopia of flavour begins to drift in and out of focus with every sip; fresh lemon with delicate floral notes mingles with tangy gooseberry and white wine against a leathery farmyard background. Sharp but not overly bitter with a crisp and very dry finish.
