Information
A beer that begins life as a Brown Ale packed with classic US hop flavour and sweet chocolate malt before being conditioned for 12 months in oak casks with a Belgian yeast strain, developing a nice amount of fruity funk which perfectly compliments the orange/clementine hop character. A Flanders-type balsamic note adds complexity without dominating a very approachable, full-bodied, silky smooth and very tasty beer.
