Description and Tasting Notes
It’s clear from the start that this beer is all about the hops, with fresh, punchy aromas of tropical fruit bursting from the glass, along with a blend of crisp white wine and subtle pine notes.
We added both malted and flaked oats so there’s a creamy sweetness on the palate, which works with the natural carbonation and soft water profile to create a smooth and rounded mouthfeel, underpinning and balancing the powerful hop flavours. An assertive bitterness develops and lingers, bringing you back for another sip. It’s an IPA, after all.
