Description and Tasting Notes

Pilot’s iconic Blønd goes bigger in every direction in collaboration with STF; a deep, biscuity malt foundation balances assertive Galaxy and Mosaic hops alongside the familiar fruit-spice cocktail of a Belgian-style fermentation. Full-flavoured, well balanced and easy drinking.

 

Tropical fruit on the nose is quickly followed by that characteristic Belgian foam banana-bubblegum note. A light floral perfume and malt sweetness fills the palate and there’s a mellow bitterness to keep things crisp and clean. It’s very tasty, with as much going on as an IPA - it’s like a Belgian version of a Hopfenweisse. Highly drinkable, with a long, dry finish.
