Thick, hazy, juicy NEIPA packed with heavy-hitting tropical hops; Strata, Nectaron and Citra bring a cornucopia of tropical and citrus fruit with a touch of piney dankness.
Building on a Maris Otter malt foundation we layer whole cone and pellet hops in the boil then load up on Abstrax hop extract to inject punchy breakfast juice flavour - strawberry, nectarine, passionfruit, ripe melon and blood orange. Pillowy sweet with a soft sherbet tingle, natural carbonation keeps everything smooth and rounded. A lingering finish holds a touch of grapefruit-rind bitterness because after all’s said and done it’s an IPA, and balance is everything.
