A brown beer in the Belgian style with the trademark fruity Abbey Ale flavour profile and fortified with organic Deglet Noor dates. Rich and complex aromas of dried fruit and banana mingle with delicate nutty and spice notes in a beer that’s soft, smooth and deliciously easy drinking.

 

Pours an inviting tawny brown with a creamy head and unmistakably Belgian aroma - unctuous honey-vanilla sweetness and a big hit of banoffee pie - along with a hint of liquorice from the dates. It’s soft and easy on the palate with moderate bitterness and a delicate citrus hop sharpness. Sweet-shop candy with notes of plums and banana hit the spot and give way to a lingering fruity, cereal, honey-nut baklava finish.
