Hoppy Sour

Description and Tasting Notes

A tart, juicy, hoppy ale conceived and brewed by Simple Things and Campervan. Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and a pinch of Munich, generously dry hopped and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, we’ve gone all in on big flavours here.

 

​Hazy and pale with lively carbonation and a dense tropical aroma, the kettle soured wort provides a tart and tangy foundation accentuating the mango, peach, tangerine and pear flavours imparted by Idaho 7, Mosaic and Calypso. The combination of sweet wort, gently soured, and the freshest, juiciest hops makes for a super tasty, high resolution beer. Crisp and slightly bitter with a long, clean citrus-pith finish. Tart ‘n’ juice.
