A clean, fruity Saison with rich malt character thanks to a Vienna malt base, pours a deeply attractive copper-red with creamy white foam. Berry fruit and banana with a pinch of pepper spice on the nose develop and expand on the palate to include tangerine/red grapefruit citrus, gooseberry, lychee and more banana, all underpinned by a fruitcake-malt foundation. Bone dry with hints of red wine tannin and a crisp bitterness, yet full bodied and deliciously satisfying.
