Extra Pale malt and wheat provide a full-flavoured bready foundation with lemon and lime citrus-heavy Slovenian Celeia hops in the kettle and a Sabro dry hop bringing its unique creamy coconut and pineapple aromas. Clean fermentation with a classic Saison yeast strain adds a grind of black pepper spice that delivers subtle complexity and unlocks next-level deliciousness. A wonderfully full-flavoured beer at a modest ABV with a cracker-dry finish that keeps bringing you back in.
