Brewed with Glasgow craft beer pioneers Grunting Growler to celebrate their 10th birthday, this Doppelbock sits towards the lighter end of the style’s spectrum with layers of sweet malt complexity perfectly balanced by a restrained noble hop aroma and modest bitterness. 

 

Lightly toasted bread with subtle notes of honey, toffee and chocolate meet delicate floral aromatics and clean lager fermentation. Smooth and warming but crisp, well defined and relatively dry; raise a glass to the passion of independent beer shops everywhere!
